Welcome to R1Tech Education. By accessing or using the R1Tech Education website, courses, dashboards, membership services, and related learning services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
By creating an account, submitting an enquiry, purchasing a course, subscribing to R1Tech Plus, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the relevant service.
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account credentials secure, use the platform for lawful educational purposes, and respect other learners, instructors, and R1Tech systems.
You must not copy, distribute, scrape, resell, publish, or commercially exploit course content without written permission. You must not interfere with platform security, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful code, or misuse another user's account.
When you purchase a course, R1Tech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the purchased course for your personal learning use, subject to the applicable course terms. Sharing login credentials, course files, videos, assessments, or other protected materials with third parties is prohibited.
R1Tech Plus membership benefits, including any resources, live sessions, priority support, certification-related resources, or other benefits, are described on the website or at the time of purchase. Benefits may be updated from time to time. Membership fees and applicable refund terms are governed by the information shown at checkout and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Course and membership prices are displayed on the relevant purchase or checkout page. Where applicable, taxes such as GST will be shown as required. By completing a purchase, you authorize the selected payment method to be charged for the displayed amount. Refunds are handled according to the applicable purchase terms and R1Tech's Refund & Cancellation Policy.
R1Tech Education and its licensors retain rights in platform content, including videos, text, graphics, course materials, assessments, branding, and other protected materials. Except for the limited personal learning access granted to you, no ownership rights are transferred.
You must not impersonate another person, misrepresent your affiliation, harass instructors or learners, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, or use R1Tech services for unlawful purposes. R1Tech may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, users, or its rights.
R1Tech courses and learning resources are provided for educational and skill-development purposes. We do not guarantee a particular job, salary, promotion, admission, certification exam result, or other specific outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, R1Tech Education will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform or course content. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
R1Tech may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the services after changes are posted may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
